Fly to locations with the POICloud
The POICloud saves locations and makes it possible to fly to them again later in a targeted manner. For this purpose, markings set with the remote control or with POIStudio are transferred to the remote control and can then be approached.
Fly to locations again in the afternoon and transfer them to the app via QR code (M3T/M30T/M4T).
Application in fawn rescue
For many fawn rescuers, the question regularly arises as to how to deal with fawns on areas that are only mowed in the late afternoon. Often it is simply not possible to fly over the areas in the afternoon because there is a high degree of uncertainty due to the many heated areas. It is important to weigh up whether
- flying in the early morning and the fawns are immobilized for many hours and, if necessary, new animals move into the area after the flight,
- flying in the afternoon with the risk that animals will be overlooked in the area or
- flying in the morning to get an overview of how many animals are in the area and then flying again in the afternoon to secure these animals.
There is often no optimal solution for this. The procedure presented here is only intended to be one possibility; in practice, the best procedure must be selected according to the specific framework conditions.
