RustDesk – Our solution for remote troubleshooting
RustDesk is an open-source alternative to TeamViewer. It enables us to provide quick and easy support for questions and problems concerning our products and solutions, whether in the field or in the office. All you need is an internet connection and the RustDesk application for the relevant operating system. We’ll take care of the rest!
RustDesk for Windows
You can obtain an executable file that does not need to be installed here:

RustDesk for macOS
A *.dmg file is provided for Apple devices. Newer Macbooks are based on an ARM processor (M1, M2 or M3). For such systems, please use this download:

RustDesk for Android
For installation on Android devices such as smartphones and tablets, click the “Android” link under “AArch64 (ARM64)” on the GitHub page. The downloaded file ends with “.apk“. This must then be executed and installed. You may need to grant the appropriate permissions for this.

RustDesk for iOS
Note: iOS version 10.0 or later is required for installation!
The installation is done via the App Store. Simply enter “RustDesk Remote Desktop” in the search field and download the app. Alternatively, you can click the button below to go to the installation page.
After successful installation, you will need to grant appropriate permissions regarding location sharing.

Once you have started RustDesk, you can tell our support staff your ID (highlighted in red in the image below) by phone or WhatsApp and then grant them access to your computer by clicking Accept.
