It allows us to provide quick and easy assistance with any questions or problems related to our products and solutions – whether we're out in the field or in the office. All you need is an internet connection and the RustDesk application for your operating system. We'll take care of the rest!

POIStudio including remote maintenance tool
RustDesk can be installed directly via the POIStudio installer. RustDesk will then be correctly configured for use immediately.

Installation is via the App Store.
Note: iOS version 10.0 or later is required for installation!
Use RustDesk
Once you have started RustDesk, you can provide your ID to our support representative by phone or WhatsApp and then grant them access to your computer by clicking Accept.
Note for older RustDesk installations
We will be using the thermal DRONES RustDesk server in the future. Older RustDesk installations will therefore need to be reconfigured or replaced. We recommend uninstalling existing installations and then downloading and installing the latest version.
Configure RustDesk
To properly configure RustDesk's server settings, you must first open the settings menu in the application. You can access the settings menu in the upper right corner of the RustDesk window by clicking the icon with the three lines.
In the Network tab, you now need to open the configuration menu for ID/Relay Server.
Enter the following address in the ID Server field: rustdesk.thermaldrones.de. The key is: tdrust.
Clicking OK will apply the configuration, and RustDesk will now run on our server.
